Building Surveying
IBC have appointments from a wide range of Clients including retailers, funds, banks, institutions and a number of commercial clients to carry out building surveys and assist in negotiations with vendors and lessees. They have carried out improvments and repairs for funds to 'clean up' investment property as part of funding and letting deals, as well as to specify and supervise other repair projects for owners and occupiers.
IBC also prepare schedules and advise on and negotiate dilapidations for both landlords and tenants.
